Work is scheduled to begin on the upgrading of the unmade section of Howells Road on December 3rd. It’s been a long time coming, but with the help of a further contribution from the Housing Department and a second contribution - of £2000 - from the ward money that John Newbury and I have left, we’ve finally reached the total needed.

Thanks are due to all those residents of Howells Road and The Mead who contributed, and for their patience to date. No more potholes, and more important, no more health and safety issues!
